The final days of Mort Rabkin's rustic bread-making classes are coming November 11 and 12, beginning at noon. Each participant will learn the fine art of baking in a clay oven by making a loaf of rustic "hearth" bread, as well as preparing a loaf of French bread for baking at home. The $25 fee includes the introduction to basic bread baking, a gourmet lunch with wine, recipes and two loaves of bread to take home.
